Balance Wheel. This is a great tool for evaluating the balance in your life. Consider each spoke of the wheel as a 0-10 scale, with 10 on the outside of the wheel, signifying the most satisfaction. Pick a number for your satisfaction level and put a hash mark on each spoke. For example, if I am very satisfied with my significant relationship, then I would put a hash mark around where I think an “8” would be on the spoke. I would complete each spoke this way, and then connect the hash marks. Does the result look balanced? What will you do with the results?
